The weather out there is frightful…and so is the produce at the grocery store!

Like many others I'm still experimenting with growing winter food. I've been planting starts over the last two weeks though, so there's no where to go but forward. I'm staring them inside under a 600w grow light, im still working on what to do after that. The greens I thought I'd harden off and put in insulated containers into the greenhouse, they just needed a hand being started. The warmer weather crops I'll need to give some thought. Cucumbers, squash, onions, peppers, broccoli, zucchini. This is what I decided to plant in the moment, whether or not it works is yet to be seen. Stay tuned.
